Filing an Intellectual Property Complaint
If you believe that content hosted on or accessible through EmberWaves infringes on your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice of infringement with the following details:

B. Actions Taken After Receiving a Complaint
Once we receive a valid infringement notice:
✔️ We remove or disable access to the infringing content.
✔️ We may terminate repeat infringers from our platform.
C. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If we believe the removed content was misidentified or was lawfully used (e.g., fair use), we may file a counter-notice containing:
1️⃣ Identification of the removed content, including its prior location on our website.
2️⃣ A statement made under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
3️⃣ Our contact information, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

If we submit a counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10-14 business days.
